Hi

How Can I specify the tangent loss value for dielectric materials like Silicon in semcad

Hi,

in SEMCAD X you can specify the electric conductivity and in order to convert tangent loss into electrical conductivity, you can use the tool under Tools > Calculators > Conductivity/Loss tangent calculator.
